Erin and Brad were married 11-19-11. I photographed their wedding just for fun. What a unique and fun wedding! See more photos to the right in the Yoder Wedding album.
This is a book I just published about The Marquette—a historical building in downtown St. Louis. My friend Jonathan Stine lives in the building and we had fun exploring the building from the basement to the roof and photographing the architectural details. We also included a few of the historical sites in the neighborhood. Copies of the book can be purchased at www.blurb.com.
Creative friend, Nancy, hosted a fall brunch at her new apartment for Christi, BZ, and me. She is an amazing decorator and I couldn't resist photographing her home and the meal. She is also a wonderful cook and you can find lots of her ideas and recipes at nancycreative.wordpress.com. More photos from the brunch are in the album to the right titled “Brunch at Nancy's.”
Arkansas’ beloved “Miss Jane” (Jane Gray Krutz) has released a much-requested collection of her speeches. Stories about her family, church, travels, and business success are also sprinkled throughout the 274-page book. Eighty-five years of life have given her a perspective full of wit and wisdom for readers of all ages.
Krutz is the well-recognized “Miss Jane” from AETN’s televised fundraisers. She was AETN’s first and most popular volunteer for the past 45 years. She also volunteered for numerous Arkansas organizations through the years. She is a colorful part of Arkansas history.
Readers can prepare to laugh or cry at her stories of faith, family, and unique embarrassing situations. Her encounter with movie star Walter Pidgeon on the steps of the Little Rock post office mimics a movie script in itself.
In the book’s Foreword U.S. Senator David Pryor (ret.) writes, If there is a better story teller in Arkansas than Jane Gray Krutz, I don’t know who it is. But each of her stories has a different meaning—and a distinct message about life and how we can better live it.
